Procedure

Step-1: Cutting Rainbow Colored Strips

Let’s begin by taking purple, blue, light blue, green, yellow, orange, and red colored paper. Cut a purple strip of 5×18, a blue strip of 6×20, a light blue strip of 7×22, a green strip of 8×24, a yellow strip of 9×26, an orange strip of 10×28 and a red strip of 11×30 cm respectively.

Step-2: Punching The Ends Of The Strips

Now, place all the strips on top of each other, such that their bottom edges align together. Take a punching machine and punch a hole in the center. Repeat the same step to get a punch hole on the top edge of the strips.

Step-3: Folding The Strips To Get A Rainbow

Now, hold the ends of the strips in such a way that the strips are rolled in a curved manner to get a rainbow-like pattern. Take reference to the image.

Step-4: Tying Pink Thread To The Rainbow

Now, take a pink thread. Cut two equal lengths of the thread. Take one thread and pass it through the punch hole and tie a knot. Similarly, tie another thread.

Step-5: Cutting a Pink Heart

Take pink paper. Cut a heart shape. Fold it in half to get the middle crease. Apply double side tape horizontally in the center.

Step-6: Pasting Another Pink Heart

Cut another pink heart. Paste it on the previous heart to form a double heart as shown.

Step-7: Pasting Heart On The Thread

Now, take the double pink hearts and paste them on the thread with the help of tape.

Step-8: Making One More Double Heart

Now cut two pink hearts and fold them in half to get the middle crease. Apply double side tape horizontally in the center of one pink heart. Paste the other heart to form a double heart. Apply double-sided tape on the double heart attached to the thread. Paste the newly made double heart on it as shown. Repeat the above process to form double hearts on the other thread as well.

Step-9: Making Cotton Clouds

Take two big lumps of cotton. Attach the lumps below both ends of the paper rainbow.
