Step 1: Making A Blue Whale

We are making a blue whale. So, we need to cut a blue paper sheet into a circle using scissors.

Step 2: Folding Paper

Now, fold the circle into half from the middle.

Step 3: Drawing Whale

Using a marker pen, draw the whale on the closed side of the semicircle.

Step 4: Making Whale

Outline the whale as shown in the above image.

Step 5: Folding Paper

After drawing the whale, fold the straight line drawn to the inner side of the circle as shown in the above image.

Step 6: Cutting The Whale

Now, cut the outline of the whale using scissors.

Take a paper strand or you can cut the strands from the paper using scissors to make spray on the top of the whale. Roll the paper strand around a toothpick.
