Materials Required

  • Blue Colored Circular Sheet
  • Colorful Paints
  • Big and Small Circle Stamps
  • Googly Eyes
  • Glue
  • White Pen
  • Rounded And Flat Paintbrushes

Procedure

Step 1: Stamping Yellow Circle And White Bubbles

Let’s begin with the artwork by taking a blue-colored circular paper sheet, a white pen, and a big and small circle stamp. Now using a white pen make random bubbles over sheet. Then, Dip the big circle stamp in the yellow paint and dab it over the sheet to make a fish body.

Step 2: Making Fins And Tail Of The Fish

Dip the small stamp in the pink paint and dab it on the top and bottom of the yellow circle to form fins and at the right side to form a tail.

Step 3: Pasting A Googly Eye

Paste a googly eye over the yellow body of the fish using glue.

Step 4: Detailing The Fish

Dip a thin rounded paintbrush into black paint and make 3-3 lines over the fins and the tail to detail them. Also, make a smile.

Step 5: Stamping More Fish Bodies

Using the big circle stamp make yellow, pink, red, and blue fish bodies over the sheet.

Step 6: Pasting Googly Eyes On All Fish

Paste googly eyes on all the fish using glue.

Step 7: Making Fins And Tail Of All Fish

Using the small circle stamp make colorful fins and tails of all the fish as shown in the image.

Step 8: Detailing All Fish

From the thin rounded paintbrush, detail the fins and tails as before and make smiles on all fish.

Step 9: Making Water Waves

Using the white pen, make wavy lines around the paper between fish to make water waves.

Step 10: Detailing Bubbles

Using a flat paintbrush and white paint, make curved patches over the bubbles to make them look realistic.
