Materials Required

  • A Colored Sheet of Paper Suitable for Folding and Origami
  •  Pink & Green Coloured Craft Paper
  • A Pair of Scissors
  • Any Adhesive or Glue
  • A Pair of Craft Eyes or Googly Eyes

Procedure

Step 1: Folding One Edge Of The Paper Inwards

Firstly, you are supposed to take the paper and cut it into the shape of a square. Then, fold one edge of the square sheet inwards.

Step 2: Folding All The Other Edges Of The Paper Inwards Too

Next, take all the other edges as well and fold them inwards too. Make sure that all the edges once folded, should coincide with the whole design and should be roughly of the same size.

Step 3: Folding The Lower Edge Towards The Middle

Now, flip the paper to the other side and fold the lower edge of the design to bring it towards the middle. Just remember to fold it in such a way that the gaps on either side of the folded triangle remain the same.

Step 4: Similarly, Folding All The Other Edges Too

Similarly, fold all the other edges towards the middle too.

Step 5: Pasting The Pink And Green Paper Cutouts

Now, you are supposed to take the green and pink colored sheets of paper and cut them into triangular shapes. Then using the adhesive paste the cutouts alternatively on the folded portion as shown below.

Step 6: Pasting The Green And Pink Cutouts On The Remaining Sides Too

Now, cut out another set of pink and green cutouts and paste them on the folded design using the adhesive.

Step 7: Pasting The Googly Eyes Or Craft Eyes

Next, you are supposed to take a pair of googly eyes or craft eyes and paste them on the other side of the whole design using the adhesive.

Step 8: Pressing And Folding The Whole Design

Now, press and squeeze the whole design as shown, and make sure that each side is well folded.

Step 9: Placing Your Fingers In The Pockets Given Below

Now, Fold the whole design in such a manner that the green and pink cutouts are on the underside. Now, place both of your index fingers inside the two pockets created and your thumbs into the remaining two.

Step 10: Moving It Using Your Finger Movements

You can move the whole design with your finger and thumb movements as your like.

Now, Create Your Own Pac-Man World!!
