Step 4: Making A Wheel

Trace the middle grey part of the fan over another white sheet and cut it out. Using the black pen, draw a circle in it of the same size as the cutout fan part. Now, draw 8 lines at equal distances over the white circle around the black drawn circle.

Step 5: Cutting Out The Lines Over The Circle

Using scissors, make cuts over the 8 lines of the white circle.

Bend the alternate 4 parts of the circle to the front as shown in the image.

Step 7: Inserting The Circle Parts From Behind The Fan

Insert the forward bent parts of the circle in the center of the fan hole from behind the paper.

Step 8: Bending The Other Parts Of The Circle

Bend the other non-bent alternative parts of the circle forward from behind the fan paper as shown in the image.

Step 9: Drawing And Cutting Out Table Fan Parts

Over the white paper sheet draw the wings of the fan, the wheel-like outer cover of the fan, and 5 small rectangles using the black pen and cut them out using scissors. Now, color out the fan and cover it with a yellow and grey sketch pen as shown in the image. Also, bend the ends of the rectangles a little to the front as shown.

Step 10: Pasting The Wings Of The Fan

Using glue, paste the wings of the fan over the circle bent parts coming out of the hole over the table fan drawing.
