Procedure:

To make a DIY weather craft, first you need an A4-sized sheet. Place that sheet horizontally.

Now, with the help of a black marker pen, make a cloud figure on that paper sheet.

After making a cloud figure on the paper sheet, cut it out with the help of scissors.

Now, take a black piece of crafting paper and cut two small circles from it to make the eyes of the clouds.

Now paste them on the cloud with the help of a glue stick, as shown in the picture.

In this step, take white crafting paper and cut circles of different sizes (One big and another small).

Paste the circle in the upper corner of the black circle and a small one in the lower corner, as shown in the picture.

Repeat the procedure with another black circle.

Paste them thoroughly.

Now, cut two oval shapes from the red crafting paper to make the blush of the cloud.

Paste them below the eyes of the pictures as shown in the picture.

Next, take the strip and put glue on the ends of the strip.
