Materials Required

• A Balloon
• Four Bottle Caps
• Two Skewers
• A Long Straw
• Two Smaller Straws
• An Elastic Or Rubber Band
• Metallic Strings Or Strong Threads

Procedure

Step 1: Collecting All The Required Materials

Firstly, move around the house and collect all the materials required, then take the balloon and the bigger straw.

Step 2: Inserting The Straw Into The Balloon

Now, you are supposed to insert the straw in the balloon as shown in the picture below.

Step 3: Securing The Balloon

For this step, take an elastic or rubber band, and secure the balloon in its place.

Step 4: Bending The Straw

Now, bend the straw as shown in the image below.

Step 5: Taking Another Straw

Now, take one smaller straw, and insert a skewer in this straw.

Step 6: Adding Bottle Caps

Then, you are supposed to insert the skewer in the bottle cap on both sides as shown.

Step 7: Creating Another Set Of Wheels

Similarly, follow the above steps to create another set of wheels using the other straw and two leftover bottle caps.

Step 8: Pasting The Balloon Straw On The Wheel Sets

For this step, you are supposed to place the balloon design on the set of wheels as shown in the image below.

Step 9: Pumping The Balloon Up!

For this step, firstly you have to blow the air into the balloon using the straw, then attach the whole design using the strings as shown below.
