Basic Procedure to Make Paper Cup Flower

Start by cutting a strip of construction paper that is about an inch wide and long enough to wrap around the paper cup. Next, fold the strip in half lengthwise and glue the two ends together. Once the strip is glued together, wrap it around the paper cup and glue it in place.

Now it’s time to create the flower petals. Cut several circles out of construction paper, and then cut each circle in half.
