Procedure

Step 1: Taking a Stripe Of Paper

Firstly, take a white-colored sheet of paper and then cut it into the shape of a stripe, and fold it.

Step 2: Cutting The Two Halves Of The Paper

Then, you are supposed to cut the two stripes using a pair of scissors.

Step 3: Taking One End And Move It Around
