Materials Required

  • Yellow-Colored Plastic Spoons
  • Scissors
  • Pink-Colored Fruit Foam Net
  • Double-Sided Tape
  • Hot Glue Gun
  • Colored Paper Sheets (Black And Green)
  • Thin Tree Branch
  • Cardboard

Procedure

Step 1: Taking Yellow Plastic Spoons

To start this craft, take some yellow-colored plastic spoons.

Step 2: Removing Out The Spoon Bowls

From the plastic spoons, bend and break out the bowls from the spoons.

Step 3: Applying Hot Glue On A Cardboard Circle

Using scissors, cut out a circle from cardboard, and using a hot glue gun, apply hot glue over the circle along the boundary.

Step 4: Sticking A Spoon Bowl On The Circle

From the neck of the bowl, stick the spoon bowl over the hot glue along the circle boundary.

Step 5: Sticking More Spoon Bowls

Stick the spoon bowls along the circle boundary to complete one layer of the flower. Now, make another layer by applying hot glue in the inner circle and pasting the spoon bowls over at a higher angle and in between the previously pasted ones.

Step 6: Making The Last Layer Of Flower

Following the same as before, make the last layer of your flower inside the center of the circle with the spoon bowls.

Step 7: Making The Center Of The Flower

Cut out a strip of pink-colored fruit foam net, stick double-sided tape over it, and roll it over.

Step 8: Sticking The Roll To The Center Of The Flower

Paste the roll in the middle of the flower to make the center.

Step 9: Cutting Out 2 Triangles

Using scissors, cut out 2 triangles from a green sheet.

Step 10: Folding The Longer Side Into A Strip

Fold the longer side of the triangle over it to form a thin strip.

Step 11: Making Zig-Zag Strips Of The Triangle

Fold the triangle side along the folded strip alternatively back and forth to form a zig-zag strip. Now, on the longer strip apply double-sided tape.

Step 12: Making A Leaf

Now, fold the zig-zag strip in half to stick it from the tape and form a leaf. Following the same, make another leaf from another triangle.

Step 13: Applying Hot Glue On a Black Sheet

Using the hot glue gun, apply hot glue over a black A4 size paper sheet on the right top in a circle.

Step 14: Sticking The Flower On The Sheet

Stick the sunflower on the black sheet from the circle base of it over the hot glue.

Step 15: Pasting A Stem

Take a wooden thin branch of a tree and using hot glue, paste it beneath the flower to make its stem.

Step 16: Pasting The Leaves

Using hot glue, paste the leaves on both sides of the stem randomly.
