Summer is the season of holidays, vacations, and fun. Although summers give life to both vegetation and animals, they can still get difficult sometimes due to their extreme temperatures. Humidity and scorching heat make it a tough season to bear. There are a lot of things that can be used to counter these summer problems and beat the heat including air conditioners, ice creams, and most importantly, cocktails and drinks which are going to serve as the inspiration for our art today.

The ingredients to be used in the drink are watermelons and berries with a little bit of improvisation. We will be converting them into art and craft. Now, how cool is that? Material Required

• Colored Sheets ( Green, White, And Blue)
• Scissors
• Glue Stick
• Colored Clay (Yellow, Red, And Blue)
• White Paint
• Plastic Straw
• Dark Green Crayon

Procedure

Step 1: Making Watermelon Glass

Let’s begin with our chilling craft! Cut a green semi-circle for our watermelon out and using a glue stick paste it at the bottom of the white sheet of paper.

Step 2: Detailing The Watermelon

Take a green crayon and make watermelon texture lines on the watermelon.

Step 3: Putting On Some Yellow Berries

Take yellow clay dough and start molding it into pebble-like shapes for making yellow berries. Stick these berries above the left side of the watermelon glass.

Step 4: Making Pomegranate Seeds

After completing your yellow berries. Take red clay dough and start molding it into small pebbles and stick them beside the yellow berries for making pomegranate seeds.

Step 5: Making Blue Berries

Take blue clay dough and shape it into 3 small round shapes and stick them on the white sheet right above the red berries for making your blueberries.

Step 6: Adding Whipped Cream

Using white acrylic paint, paint on top of the watermelon glass under the berries to make it look like whipped cream.

Step 7: Giving Some Definitions To The Berries

Using a black marker and white paint, make irregular small dots over the red and blue berries.

Your Chilling Watermelon Drink Is Ready!

For the last step, take a blue sheet of paper and cut it into a thick long strip and fold it into zig-zag strips. Then fold the strips from the middle and stick the close ends to each other using glue.

Attach a rolled strip below it to form an umbrella and paste it tilted over the berries. Now, take a straw and paste it above the yellow berries on the left-hand side making it tilt a little. Congratulations! This completes the process of making this watermelon drink, filled with berries and chilled freshness.
