Take some cupcake liners and paste them one upon another with the help of glue, as shown in the image. Take a white sheet of paper and cut it into a circular form, and with the Help of a sketch pen, draw the eyes, nose, and lips of the fairy. Using glue paste, paste this on the face area. Take a fancy ribbon and make a tiara out of it, and place it above the head.
