Easy Cute Whale Drawing For Kids

Materials Required

White Paper Sheet
Black Marker
Colors (Any)

Procedure

Step 1: Drawing Waves And Whale’ Body

To begin, take a white paper sheet as the base for the artwork and a black marker. Place the base in the landscape view. Using the marker, draw a bumpy line on the bottom of the base as the ocean waves. Draw a more-than-half circle in the middle right above the ocean waves as shown in the image. Make sure to leave a gap in the circle boundary and the waves from the right end of it.

Step 2: Drawing The Whale’s Tail

Now, using the marker, draw the curvy tail with leaf-shaped flukes of the whale from the opened end of the circle on the right side.

Step 3: Detailing The Whale

Draw a smaller half-circle on the left bottom of the whale along the circular boundary of its body. Draw curvy lines in the half-circle drawn. Above the half-circle, draw a curvy smile of the whale on the left side of the body, and a little right to the smile, make an oval-shaped eye of the whale. Also, draw the blush lines, on the right of the eye, over the half-circle.

Now, above the body of the whale, draw the water blowing with some water drops on the sides as shown in the image.

Step 4: Drawing Clouds, A Sun, And Birds

Now, above the ocean waves on the sides of the whale, draw the clouds and also a sun over the right side above the cloud. Draw, the curvy smile and curvy closed eyes of the sun over it and some trapezium and rectangular thin shapes above the sun as the sunrays. Draw 2 thick curvy birds on the left side over the base as shown in the image.

For the last step, color out your drawing just like you can see in the image, using any type of colors you like.
