A creature from a different time and era, a dead and extinct organism but today we will be resurrecting it through art and craft. A cute, little dinosaur baby who is going to share the skin texture of the organism to some extent but not its fierceness or anger. You just need an egg carton, something inexpensive and easily available everywhere. Look for an egg carton and let’s get started with making this tiny little baby.

Materials Required

• Egg carton
• Green Paint Pen
• Green and Black Paper
• Scissors
• Pencil
• Black And Red Sketch Pen

Procedure

Step 1: Cutting Out An Egg Holder

For the first step, Cut out an egg holder from the cartoon using scissors, and chop off the edges to shape the piece up.

Step 2: Coloring The Cut Out

Color the outer side of the piece green using a paint pen.

Step 3: Making A Cut

This piece will act as the entire body of the baby dinosaur. With the help of scissors, make a cut on the slope of this piece as shown in the picture below.

Step 4: Taking A Piece Of Green Paper

Take a small sheet of chart paper in the color green of the relevant size of the dinosaur.

Step 5: Sliding Sheet Into the Cut

Take the sheet an fit it in the cut you made on the carton piece earlier. Equalize the base of the sheet with the base of the carton piece.

Step 6: Drawing The Tail

Draw a zig-zag tail of the dinosaur over the green paper.

Step 7: Cutting Out Tail

Cut out the drawn tail of the dinosaur using scissors.

Step 8: Making Eyes

Take a black sheet of paper and cut two very tiny circles out of it. Stick them on the upper section of the carton slope, next to each other to make its eyes.

Step 9: Making Features

Take a black sketch pen and make 2-2 ’C’ shapes below each eye for the little hands and a smile. Using a red sketch to make blush of the dinosaur
