In this tutorial, we going to teach you how to paint pretty flying butterflies painting using different colors and with simple craft essentials.

Materials Required

• Acrylic paint (green, orange, pink, blue, white, gold)
• Painting brush
• Toothbrush
• Earbuds
• Black pen

Procedure

Step 1: Painting Grass with the Toothbrush

Take an old or new toothbrush to paint grass, take some green color acrylic paint in it, and start to move your brush up and down to paint the grass on a white sheet randomly, as shown in the image.

Step 2: Painting Butterfly Wings

Take orange color acrylic paint on a brush and at the left of the white sheet, draw two big circles and two small circles under those big circles for the butterfly’s wings as shown. Take blue color paint in the painting brush and draw another butterfly.

Step 3: Painting Pink and Red Butterfly Wings

Take pink color paint in the painting brush and start to paint the third butterfly at the top-left side of a white sheet and then draw a red butterfly at the top-right side of a white sheet.

Step 4: Drawing Butterflies

Draw the body of the butterfly in the center of all the butterfly wings using the black pen as shown.

Step 5: Drawing the Butterfly’s Antenna

Draw two curvy lines at the top of each butterfly’s head and draw a small circle at the end of each antenna using a black pen. For eyes, draw two circles at the butterfly’s head.

Step 6: Decorating Blue Butterfly’s Wings

It’s time to decorate our butterfly’s wings, take earbuds and dip them in white color paint, and put dots on the blue butterfly’s wings as shown.

Step 7: Decorating Remaining Butterflies

After finishing the decoration of the blue butterfly, we going to decorate the remaining butterflies. Like a blue butterfly, put white dots on the pink butterfly’s wings. Draw small white lines on the wings of orange and red butterfly’s wings using buds as shown.

Decorating Grass with Gold Paint

Again, dip your earbud in gold color paint, and put small dots on the grass and on some areas of a white sheet. That’s all, we complete our butterfly painting. This is a cute colorful butterfly painting to develop your painting skill.
