Procedure
Step 1: Applying Double-Sided Tape On The Sheet
Start this craft by taking a yellow paper sheer and using scissors, cut it out into a triangle. Apply double-sided tape on one small side of the triangle.
Step 2: Pasting The Other Side Over The Tape
Paste the other small side of the triangular sheet over the tape to make a cone of it.
Step 3: Cutting Out The Uneven Part Of The Cone
Using scissors, cut out the uneven part of the cone from below to make it perfect and balanced. This will be the body of your giraffe.
Step 4: Tearing Out Orange Paper Pieces
Take an orange paper sheet and tear it out into small-small bits and pieces.
Step 5: Pasting The Pieces Over The Cone
Paste the orange paper pieces over the cone body of the giraffe randomly using glue to make the texture over the body.
Step 6: Completing Pasting The Pieces
Paste the paper pieces to the top of the cone to cover it wholely using glue.
Step 7: Making The Face Of The Giraffe
Using scissors, cut out a rounded rectangle from the yellow paper sheet and a small white paper oval for the face cutouts of the giraffe. Make sure to keep the white oval smaller than the yellow rectangle to get it to fit into the yellow one. Now, paste the white over the yellow one at the bottom using glue to make the face of the giraffe.
Step 8: Making Ears Of The Giraffe
From the yellow paper sheet, cut out 2 long ears and stick them on both sides of the face from behind it.
Step 9: Making Horns Of The Giraffe
Using scissors, cut out 2 horns from the orange sheet paper of the giraffe, in a way that there is a round over the sticks. Then, stick these horns from behind the face using glue beside the ears to the top of the face.
Step 10: Drawing Facial Features Of The Giraffe
Using a black pen, draw 2 dotted eyes over the yellow part of the face along with 3-lind eyelashes and make a curvy smile over the white part of the face. Using a red sketch pen, make the blush on the cheeks on the yellow part of the face below the eyes and make a tongue sticking out of the smile.
Step 11: Pasting The Face To The Body
Using glue paste the face on the top of the cone body a little tilted.
