Materials Required

• Colorful Sheets (Red, White, And Black)
• Pencil
• Scissors
• Glue
• Popsicle Stick
• Black Marker

Procedure

Step 1: Creasing A Red Paper Strip

From a red-colored sheet cut out a long and wide rectangular strip using scissors. Fold it in half from the longer side and make a crease.

Step 2: Folding The Strip

Fold the strip along the crease.

Step 3: Outlining Fingers On Strip

Take a pencil and place your index and middle finger on the sheet. Now, with the pencil, outline the shape of your fingers on the red sheet from the folded side.

Step 4: Cutting Out The Outline

Using scissors cut out the outlined shape.

Step 5: Unfolding The Finger Shape

Open up the folded side of your finger shape to form wings.

Step 6: Pasting A Popsicle Stick

Using glue, paste a popsicle stick in the mid of the wings. Make sure to paste it from the top by leaving some space.

Step 7: Making Eyes

Make the eyes from a white and black sheet of paper. Paste them onto the popsicle stick top to make the eyes of the dragonfly.

Step 8: Making Details Of Dragon Fly

Using a black sketch pen make a small smile below the eyes. Make curved horizontal lines on the stick starting from the ending of wings to the bottom of the stick.
