• Construction Papers
• Sketch Pens
• Glue
• Scissors

Procedure

Step 1  Getting A White Paper Circle Base

Firstly, get a white paper or cardboard circle base to make the paper fish craft. Take a light green sketch pen and draw curvy vertical lines to make grass.

Step 2  Drawing Under Water Grass

Use a dark green highlighter pen or sketch pen to make the underwater plants or grass on the white paper.

Step 3  Applying Glue
