Let’s start making our DIY bubble wrap Flower craft by taking a black sheet as a background. Now, take the bubble wrap and with the help of scissors cut 3 circles out of it.
Step 2: Stick the Bubble Wrap Circles With the Help of Glue
After cutting out the circles arrange them on the sheet and with the help of the glue sticks them in the desired places.
Step 3: Painting the Bubble Wrap Circle With Watercolors With the Help Of a Brush.
In this step, we will add some color to the bubble wrap circles we pasted. Take a paintbrush and dip it in blue watercolor and on the bottom ring paint it tills halfway and white paint on the other half.
