Material Used:

• White A4 Sheet
• Paint Brushes
• Straws
• Wooden Stick with Spherical Sponge
• Scissors

Instructions:-

Step 1: Creating The Flower From Of Straw Of Dark Blue Color

Let’s start this adorable flower Field painting by taking a white A4 Sheet and a straw. Now Make incisions into the straw cutting the rim of the straw. Make about 16 cuts and then pull them back, making them stick out and forming the shape of a flower. Now, Dip the straw in Dark blue watercolor and imprint it on the white A4 sheet.

Step 2: Filling the Gaps in The Flower

Now to fill the gaps between the flower and make it denser with petals, Dip the straw again in the blue watercolor and place it in a different orientation this time ensuring to fill the gaps.

Step 3: Creating Light Flowers With Light Blue Color

Next, to contrast with the dark blue flowers we make (Make 3 flowers from dark blue color) Dip the straw in light blue color, and make the flower as per the previous steps.

Step 4: Creating Smaller Flowers of Yellow Watercolor

Now, we will add some smaller flowers to our flower bunch to make it more realistic. Take another straw and make cuts into it smaller than the previous ones and then dip it into the yellow watercolor. Now imprint the flower on the white sheet.

Step 5: Creating Small Flowers of Pink Watercolor

In this step, we will dip the same straw used to make the yellow flowers into pink watercolor and imprint the flowers on top of the previous flowers creating depth and overlapping in the flower scenery.

Step 6: Create the Flower Pod with Red Watercolor

Now, take the wooden stick with a spherical sponge at its end and dip it into the red watercolor.

Step 7: Create the Flower Pods in The Smaller Flowers

After completing the flower pods your bigger flower will look something like this. Now, to add the flower pods to the smaller flower, take the wooden stick with a spherical sponge at its end, and dip it in brown watercolor.

Step 8: Creating the Flower Stem With Paint Brush

Now in this part, we will add stems to the flower. Take a narrow round paint brush and dip it into light green color watercolor and draw the stems.

Step 9: Creating The Stems

Draw the stems for the flowers in the lower line – 5 in total. And after completing your painting will look something like this.

Step 10: Adding Leaves To The Flower Stem With The Paintbrush

Now, take the same paintbrush dipped into the light green paint and start adding leaves on the stem.

Step 11: Creating The leaves

Add 2 leaves on each stem at alternate distances. After completing your painting will look something like this.

Step 12: Creating The Fence With Brown Watercolor

For this step, take a flat brush and dip it into brown watercolor and draw vertical lines touching the end of the paper.

Make 8 vertical lines at gaps.

Step 13: Create The Bars For the Fence

After creating the fence, we will add the horizontal bars in it by dipping the same brush again in the brown watercolor and drawing horizontal lines between the fences.

Make two bars between the fences at a gap.

Final Step: Creative DIY Flower Field Painting with Straws

Voila! Your Flower field painting is ready, just it needs a little bit of enhancement and to do that you need to dip a wide tip paintbrush in yellow and another in light blue color. Now rub your fingers over the tip of the brush and sprinkle the yellow and light blue color dots all over the painting, one by one, at some gaps. Remember not to overdo it.
