Materials Required

• Black sheet of paper
• Paper cup
• Red and yellow fruit foam
• Green, pink, yellow and red craft paper
• Googly eyes
• Glue
• Scissors

Procedure

Step 1: Starting With A Waste Paper Cup And Cut It Into Two Equal Half

Starting off, your first step would be to grab your paper cup and cut it into half in a vertical position. Using glue, stick the cut cup onto the black sheet of paper.

Step 2: Cutting Out The Foam Flowers

Now you will take your fruit foam and using scissors cut out a thick strip from the top of the fruit foam.

Step 3: Opening Up The Flower

You now have a cut out from the fruit foam. It should be cylindrical in shape. Now all you have to do is open up the cylinder. Spread open the cylinder from the middle such that you have a flower shape, with an open circle in the middle. Repeat the same steps with your other fruit foam and once the opened-up flowers are ready, stick them on the paper using glue.

Step 4: Stems Of The Flowers

You will now move on to the stems of your flowers. On green craft paper, draw two long stems and cut them out using the help of your scissors. Stick the stems under each flower.

Step 5: The Centre Of The Flower

Next, go on to make the face or centre of your fruit foam flower. Make two circles on different coloured craft paper. Cut these out and using glue, stick them in the middle of each flower. Make sure to use different colours to make the flowers funky and bright.

Step 6: The leaves Of The Flower

Next, the leaves of the flowers. Draw leaves on green craft paper and cut these out carefully. Fold them from the middle to give a more realistic effect and stick these leaves on both stems.

Your Craft Is Ready!!

Congratulations! Your final step would be the eyes and the mouth of the flowers. For the eyes, stick a pair of googly eyes on each flower’s face, that is, the middle circle on each flower. For the mouth cut out two smiles from red craft paper and stick them below the eyes.
