Easy Caterpillar Craft For Kids

Materials Required

Color leaves (red, green, and yellow leaves)
Sticky tape
Glue
Black pen
White sheet

Procedure

Step 1: Pasting Sticky Tape On A Yellow Leaf

Let’s begin this craft with pasting yellow leaf on white sheet, take yellow leaf and stick tape on it.

Step 2: Pasting Yellow Leaf On The Middle Of The White Sheet

Paste yellow leaf on the middle of the white sheet.

Step 3: Cutting Circle From Red Leaf

Take red leaf and cut a small circle from it with the use of scissors and paste it above the yellow leaf with glue.

Step 4: Cutting Circle From Green Leaf

As same as red leaf, take green leaf and cut a small circle from it and paste it under that red leaf as shown in the image.

Step 5: Cutting More Circles From Red And Green Leaf

We have to more circles from red and green leaf to make caterpillar.

Step 6: Pasting More Circles For Caterpillar

Paste green leaf under red and red under green and continue to paste all leaves in this manner as shown. Three circles from green leaf and another three from red is enough to make our caterpillar.

Step 7: Drawing Antenna For Caterpillar

This is the time to draw antenna, draw two antenna above the head of our caterpillar using black pen.

Step 8: Pasting Eyes For Caterpillar

Cut two small circles from white sheet for eyes and put small dot on both circles, then paste those eyes in caterpillar head.

Step 9: Drawing Mouth And Legs

Draw mouth with cute smile under caterpillar eyes using black pen. Don’t forgot its legs, draw two little lines under every red and green leaves to draw legs.

Step 10: Drawing Caterpillar’s Hair

Draw small lines on caterpillar body as shown in the image.

Step 11: Cutting A Circle From Red Leaf To Make Sun

Cut a medium size circle from red leaf and paste it at the top-right side of white sheet using some glue.

Step 12: Drawing Sun Rays

After pasting red leaf, draw small lines around it using black pen to make sun rays.
