DIY Lion Craft From Orange Peel For Kids

Materials Required

• Orange
• Craft paper (White and Yellow)
• Marker/sketch pen (Black and Red)
• Scissors
• Glue

Procedure

Step 1: Peeling An Orange

The first step is to take an orange fruit and peel the layer off of an orange fruit. Remember to peel the layer collectively not in bits.

Step 2: Making A Semi Circle

Now, with the help of scissors, shape the orange peel into a semicircle cup shape.

Step 3: Applying Glue On A White Paper

Now, take a white paper sheet and using a pencil make a circle. Then, apply glue to the circle.

Step 4: Pasting Orange Peel Strips

Cut off your orange peel into similar small strips and paste them around the circle.

Step 5: Making Lion Face

Cut out 2 yellow circles from a yellow paper sheet. Using the black marker, draw the lion’s facial features over one circle as shown.

Step 6: Pasting The Lion Face

With the help of the glue, stick the lion’s face in between the orange fruit peel strips.

Step 7: Making Body Of Lion

Paste the other circle underside of the orange fruit peels with the help of glue.

Step 8: Making Tail

Now, with the help of a black marker, make the tail of the lion on the right side of the body.
