Materials Required

• Green Paper
• Glue
• Scissors

Procedure

Step 1: Getting A Green Origami Paper

To begin with, grab a piece of green origami paper and fold it in half vertically and make a crease. Then, unfold it.

Step 2: Folding In Half Horizontally

Again, fold the paper in half but this time horizontally, crease it well, and unfold it again.

Step 3: Bringing Right Corners To The Middle

Now, bring the right corners of the paper to the middle point formed while creasing in earlier steps.

Step 4: Bringing Left Corners To The Middle

Similarly, bring the left bottom and top corners to the middle. You should get a diamond shape.

Step 5: Turning Paper And Folding Corners

Now, flip the paper around and fold the bottom corner to the top and the right corner to the left. You should get a hut shape.

Step 6: Flipping Paper And Folding Sides

Again, flip the paper and fold the right and left sides of the bottom rectangle to the middle.

Step 7: Folding Triangle Downwards

Now, you have a triangle left, fold it in the downward direction.

Step 8: Pressing Diamond At The Corners To Form Squares

Now, flip the paper and you should get two diamond shapes at the corners of the paper. Take a diamond shape and pull it in the opposite direction, press the diamond shape inwards to form a square. Repeat the same process at the opposite corner.

Step 9: Taking A Green Rectangle Of Paper

Once the frog is ready, take a green rectangle paper.

Step 10: Folding Paper To Form A Strip

Now, fold the paper to form a strip.

Step 11: Pasting Stick In Frog’s Mouth

Next, paste the paper strip in the mouth of the frog using glue. Paste a strip between the layers of the triangle.

Step 12: Covering Strip

Cover the paper strip by bringing the sides of the paper to the top of the strip.

Step 13: Making Tongue Of Frog

To make the tongue, cut a tongue shape out of red paper and paste it on the second layer of the triangle using glue.

Step 14: Pasting Eyes

Cut two small white circles and draw eyes on them using a black color. Paste the eyes on the top of the frog using glue to complete the craft.
