Procedure to make: Take two popsicles. Paint the popsicle/use green washi tape if you like to make the stem portion of the flower ready, and paste them on a sheet(based on your preferences in color for your background). Make circles on two different color sheets to refer to cutting the circle using designer scissors (as per your preference). Cut them and paste them as the image shows you. Cut out two leaves and complete the venation then stick them to the two arranged stem portions as shown in the image.
