Materials Required

• Dual Colored Papers (Red-White and Pink-White)
• Colored Papers (Blue, Pink, And White)
• Scissors
• Disposable Spoon
• Glue Or Adhesive
• Black Marker

Procedure

Step 1: Folding A Red-White Paper

Let’s begin this craft by taking a circle of red-white paper. Folding it in half and again in half to form a ‘+’ crease over it.

Step 2: Making Zigzag Creases

Fold the circle to make zigzag creases parallel to one ‘+’ crease.

Step 3: Making A Bow

Hold the zigzag creased strips from the middle crease to form a bow shape

Step 4: Making Another Bow

Repeat the steps with a small pink-white circle, and again form a small bow with it.

Step 5: Making Wings And Body

Now, join the two bows by connecting them with a paper strip from the mid to form wings. To make the body use a disposable spoon and paste 2 blue paper strips over it as shown.

Step 6: Pasting The Body With Wings

Paste the spoon (body) and wings in from the middle with the help of glue or adhesive.

Step 7: Making Eyes And Smile

Using white paper cut out two round eyes and make the details using a black marker. Paste them over the body. Make a cuter smile from a black marker.

Step 8: Making Antennas

From pink paper cut out 2 thin strips and paste them from behind the face of the butterfly to make its antennas.

Your Paper Spoon Butterfly Is Ready!

Complete your butterfly by rolling over the antennas to give it a beautiful look.
