Materials Required

• Surgical mask
• Thin double-sided tape
• Green stem
• Green material
• Green ribbon
• Scissors
• Glue

Procedure

Step 1: Take A Surgical Mask

Your first step is to take a surgical mask. The surgical mask should be blue in colour. Then, take the scissors to cut the surgical mask.

Step 2: Cut The Surgical Mask With Scissors

Now, with the help of scissors, cut the surgical mask. Cut the surgical mask in such a way that the white part of the surgical mask should not be visible as shown.

Step 3: Fold The Surgical Mask And Add A Thin Double-sided Tape

Your next step is to fold the surgical mask from the big side of the mask and join the end corner of the surgical mask. Then, after joining the end of the surgical mask, add a thin double-sided tape to the length of the surgical mask as shown.

Step 4: Cut Narrow Strips With Scissors

After adding a thin double-sided tape, take a scissors and cut the narrow strips of the surgical mask from the closed side of the mask. Keep cutting the narrow strips of the surgical mask with the help of scissors till you reach the end of the mask. Remember to cut the narrow strips only till where you have stick the thin double-sided tape.

Step 5: Remove The Thin Double-Sided Tape

After cutting narrow strips of the surgical mask with the help of scissors, remove the thin double sided tape which you had stuck on the end length of the surgical mask.

Step 6: Place The Stem On The Thin Double-Sided Tape Part

Now, take a green-coloured stem and place the green-coloured stem where you had stuck the thin double-sided tape and removed it.

Step 7: Wrap The Green Stem With A Surgical Mask

After placing the green-coloured stem where you had stuck the thin double-sided tape, wrap the surgical mask fully to turn it into a flower-like shape as shown in the picture.

Step 8: Cut The Green Material Into A Shape With Scissors

Now, take a green-coloured material. After taking a green-coloured material, cut one side of the green-coloured material into a zig-zag shape as shown.

Step 9: Wrap The Green Material Over The Stem

After cutting the corner of the green-coloured material into a zig-zag shape, wrap the green-coloured material around the stem with the help of glue.

Step 10: Make Leaves With Green Material

Firstly, take a green coloured ribbon. After taking a green coloured ribbon, wrap it around the green coloured stem part with the help of glue. Remember to wrap the green coloured ribbon fully from top to bottom of the green coloured stem part. Now, with the help of the green-coloured material from which you made the bottom part of the flower, make leaves from the green-coloured material and stick it in the green-coloured stem part with the help of glue.

Step 11: You Will Have Your Blue Flower

After making leaves from the green-coloured material, your blue flower will be ready which is fully made by surgical mask. This craft can also be categorized under the best out-of-waste craft.
