Materials Required
- White Circular Paper Sheet
- Colorful Papers (Yellow, Brown, And Green)
- Glue
- Black And Green Marker
Procedure
Step 1: Pasting A Circle
Let us begin this craftwork by taking a white circular sheet as the base of the craft and a brown-colored sheet. Using a pencil, draw a perfect circle over the brown sheet and using your hands carefully tear it out. Paste the circle over the base using glue. Make sure to paste it a little above the center of the base.
Step 2: Drawing Criss-Cross Lines
Using a black marker, draw criss-cross lines over the brown circle.
Step 3: Making Dots
Using the marker, make a single dot in all the spacing of the criss-cross pattern. This completes the center of the sunflower.
Step 4: Making A Petal
Make a petal by tearing it out from a yellow sheet of paper. Make sure to tear out a long and thin strip as the petal.
Step 5: Pasting Petals
From the same trick discussed in the previous step, make more petals and start pasting them over the circumference of the brown center using glue.
Step 6: Completing Pasting One Layer Of Petals
Complete a one-round pasting of the petals as the first layer of petals of the sunflower.
Step 7: Making Another Layer Of Petals
Tear out relatively small petals from the first ones and start pasting them over the already pasted petals in a circle using glue.
Step 8: Completing The Layer Of Petals
Complete this 2nd layer of the petals wholely to complete a full circle.
Step 9: Pasting Stem Of The Sunflower
Tear out a green strip and paste it from below the sunflower petals to the end of the base using glue to make the stem of the sunflower.
Step 10: Adding Leaves To The Flower
Using a pencil draw 2 leaf shapes over the green paper and carefully tear them out along the outline. Paste the turnout leaves on each side of the stem and partially below the petals. Now, using a green marker, draw the leaf veins over them.
