Pretty Tulip Flower Easy Craft Tutorial For Kids

Materials Required

• Craft paper (Blue and Green)
• Pencil
• Scissors
• Glue

Procedure

Step 1: Take Blue Craft Paper

The first step is to take a blue coloured craft paper. Then, fold the blue coloured craft paper into half.

Step 2: Draw Half Tulip Shape on Blue Craft Paper With Pencil

After folding the blue coloured craft paper into half, draw a half tulip shape on the blue coloured craft paper with the help of pencil. Remember to draw the tulip from the closed side of the blue coloured craft paper.

Step 3: Cut the Tulip Shape With Scissors

Now, cut the shape of the tulip with the use of scissors, which you have drawn on the blue coloured craft paper by using pencil.

Make one more blue coloured tulip shape by repeating the same step from above by drawing tulip shape on blue coloured craft paper and cutting the tulip shape with scissors.

Step 4: Stick Both the Tulips on One Another with Glue

Now, with the help of glue, stick both the blue coloured tulip shapes on one another which you had cut in the above step with scissors. Remember to stick both the blue coloured tulip shape perfectly together.

Step 5: Stick More Blue Tulip Shape Together

By repeating the same step for making tulip shape, make more blue coloured tulip shapes and stick all the blue coloured tulip shapes on one another in the same way as above with the help of glue.

After sticking enough tulips together, put glue on in the centre of the blue coloured tulip shapes as shown in the picture.

Step 6: Make Stem with Green Craft Paper

Now, to make stem for the tulip, take a green coloured craft paper and roll the green coloured craft paper to make a stem for the tulip.Then, with the help of the glue which is already applied on the centre of the blue tulip shape, stick the green stem on the tulip shape in the centre. After sticking the stem, spread the both side of the blue coloured tulips shapes outwards as shown in the picture.

Step 7: Stick Blue Tulip Shape to Close the Stem Part

After sticking the green stem in the centre, stick more blue coloured tulip shape on both the sides with the help of glue.

Step 8: Stick More Blue Tulip Shapes

Now, stick more blue coloured tulip shapes on both left and right side of the flower. This is so that the tulip flower looks more blossomed and pretty.

Step 9: Take Green Craft Paper

Your next step is to take a square shaped green coloured craft paper.

Step 10: Fold the Green Craft Paper Into Triangle

After taking a square green coloured craft paper, make a fold in such a way that it turns into a small triangle shape as shown.

Step 11: Make Small ‘M’ with Pencil on Green Craft Paper

Now, draw a small letter ‘M’ with the help of pencil on the green coloured craft paper which you have folded into a small triangle.

Step 12: Open the Green Craft Paper

After making the small letter ‘M’ on the green coloured craft paper, cut the outline of the small letter ‘M’.

After cutting the outline of the small letter ‘M’, open the green coloured craft paper and you will find a sepal for your tulip flower.

Step 13: Insert the Sepal Into the Stem

Now, take the sepal which you made from green coloured craft paper and insert the sepal from the bottom of the stem. Take the sepal through the stem till it reaches the underside of the blue coloured tulip.

Step 14: Make Leaves from Green Craft Paper

Now, with the help of the green coloured craft paper, make leaves for the blue coloured tulip.

After making the leaves from green coloured craft paper, stick it on the green stem of the tulip flower with the help of glue.
