Nail Art
It’s time to start planning for the return to school. But, after all, you can’t go back to school without the best back-to-school nail art, can you? Make your nails white with white nail polish. Allow plenty of time for them to dry. To draw the lines on the notebook paper, use blue Bic Mark-It permanent markers. Make a margin line with the pink marker. With a black marker, scribble your favorite doodles on the page. To seal in the markers, use a quick-drying top coat.
