Materials Required
- Small plastic bottle
- Yellow craft paper
- Black craft paper
- White paper
- Pink craft paper
- Googly eyes
- Black marker
- Paper cutter
- Ice stick
- Glue
Procedure
Step 1: Taking A Clean Plastic Bottle
First and foremost take a plastic bottle and clean it thoroughly without any labels or writing.
Step 2: Cutting Out The Needed Colored Craft Papers
Then take a yellow craft paper, measure the height and width of the bottle, and cut them out neatly. Next, take a piece of black craft paper and cut three thin stripes from it.
Step 3: Sticking Them Together
Paste the first yellow stripe under the neck of the bottle. Then stick the black stripes on the bigger yellow craft paper to create the Bee’s body.
Step 4: Sticking The Bee’s Body
Now stick the black-striped larger yellow craft paper which we had made earlier in the middle of the bottle with the glue. Make sure it covers the whole middle part.
Step 5: Adding Eyes To The Bee
Add extra details like eyes. And for this take a pair of googly eyes and paste them at the neck of the bottle for the Bee’s eyes.
Step 6: More Detailings
To make this Bee organizer cuter cut two teeny tiny circles from pink craft paper. Paste them on either side of the bottle just below its eyes. This creates a view of blush added to the Bee’s cheeks. Draw lips for the Bee using a black marker.
Step 7: Pasting the Antennae on the Bee’s Head
Next, to locate the Bee’s antennae take a paper cutter and make precise enough cuts on the mouth of the bottle at both edges. Which is across above the eyes on both sides.
Step 8: Outlining Of Antennae
For the antennae, cut two medium-length rectangle stripes and two small circles from black craft paper and stick the circles on the top of each rectangle. And secure them strongly in between the cut we made earlier with some glue on either side.
Step 9: Adding Big White Wings
Finally, let’s make wings for our cute Bee. Take white craft paper and fold it at the center. On one side of the half draw a wing making the folded line as a base. Then cut the drawn wing without opening the fold. After cutting out the wing open the folded wing to see wings on both sides. Repeat the same process to make another pair of wings.
Step 10: Sticking The Wings
Turn the bottle and paste the wings behind the bottle using glue as shown in the image below. Don’t forget to open the folded wings before sticking them.
Step 11: Pasting The Ice Stick
In the end, take an ice stick and paste it right above the center of the wings.
