How to Make Bubble Wrap Octopus Craft Tutorial For Kids

Materials Required

• Bubble wrap sheet
• White sheet
• Glue and scissors
• Acrylic paints (red, orange, yellow, white, dark& light green) and paintbrush
• Earbuds
• Googly eyes

Procedure

Step 1: Cutting And Pasting Bubble Wrap Sheet

Grab your scissors and cut three ovals from the bubble wrap sheet, then paste one oval piece of bubble wrap sheet on top of the white sheet using glue. Then grab the remaining two oval pieces of bubble wrap sheet and paste them on the left and right sides of a white sheet.

Step 2: Painting Red Color On Top Of Our Bubble Sheet

Mix red color paint with water to make it light, take your painting brush and dip it into that light red color paint, then paint it on top of your first bubble sheet as shown in the image.

Step 3: Painting Red Color On Bubble Sheet Completely

Now, take red color paint and then paint our first bubble sheet completely with red color paint and give some time for it to dry.

Step 4: Painting Tentacles For Our First Octopus Using Red Color Paint

Once again take red color paint on your painting brush and start to draw octopus tentacles, octopus has only 8 tentacles, so make sure to draw 8 tentacles only.

Step 5: Putting White Dots On Tentacles Using Ear Buds

Take one piece of the earbud, then dip it into white color paint and start to put white dots on your octopus tentacles as shown in the image.

Step 6: Putting White Dots On Each Tentacles Of Octopus

Those white dots indicate suckers on the tentacles of an octopus, there is no count for a sucker, so you can put dots on each tentacle without any counting, and finally, your octopus should look like the octopus in the given image.

Step 7: Pasting Googly Eyes For Our First Octopus

Take two pieces of googly eyes and paste it on our first octopus with the use of some glue, as shown in the image.

Step 8: Painting Remaining Two Octopus And Pasting Googly Eyes

Just like our first octopus, paint yellow color paint for the left side octopus and orange color paint for the right side octopus. Paint tentacles for both octopuses and put white dots on each tentacle of both octopuses, then paste two googly eyes for both octopuses.

Step 9: Painting Grass With Light And Dark Green Color Paints

Now, dip your painting brush into dark green color paint and draw some curvy lines on the bottom of our white sheet. Then wash your brush and now dip your brush into light green color paint and paint some curvy lines in between those dark green lines.

We Have Finished Our Bubble Wrap Octopus Craft

After completing your painting, let it dry. That’s all! Our cute and colorful octopuses are ready! This craft is easy for everyone, particularly for kids and beginners.
