Procedure

Step -1  Making Paper Octopus

Let’s get started by taking a piece of blue paper and dividing it into half using a pencil. Now make 8 tentacles of octopus on the one half of the paper using pencil. Cut the tentacles by leaving some space at edges.

After cutting, your paper should look like this.
