Materials Required

• Pink-colored Paper Cup
• Colored Papers (White, Red, And Black)
• Scissors
• Glue
• Black Marker
• Pencil

Procedure

Step 1: Marking The Paper Cup Using Marker

Start by taking a pink-colored paper cup and a black marker. Now, using the marker make a mark over the circular boundary of the cup from the top.

Step 2: Completing Making 8 Points

Using the marker and mark eight points on the top of the cup as shown in the picture, making sure that points are marked by spacing evenly.

Step 3: Cutting The Marked Strips

Using scissors, cut long and even strips from marked points over the paper cups. Make sure to cut them to the middle of the paper cup not wholely. These will become the octopus tentacles.

Step 4: Rolling The Tentacles

Using a pencil as a roller, roll the strips outer to give a fuller effect for tentacles.

Step 5: Making Eyes Of The Octopus

Using white and black paper, cut out 2 eyes of the octopus, (white for the eyes and black for the eyeballs) and invert the paper cup, and paste them onto the top of the cup using glue.

Step 6: Adding A Mouth

Using scissors cut out a semi-circle from the red paper sheet and paste it below and between the eyes using glue to make the mouth of octopus.

Step 7: Letting The Glue Dry

Allow the glue to dry completely before handling the paper cup octopus craft.
