Materials Required

• Craft sheet(Yellow, Green)
• Scissors
• Glue
• Pencil
• Marker

Procedure

Step 1: Cutting A Rectangle

Begin by cutting a rectangle from the yellow sheet and folding it in half.

Step 2: Folding The Sheet Back And Forth

Fold the rectangular yellow sheet back and forth as shown in the image below to form a similar pattern.

Step 3: Folding The Pattern

After creating the pattern shown in the previous image, fold it in half.

Step 4: Cutting The Ends

Take a pencil and draw a slant line on the ends of the pattern as shown. After holding the pattern firmly, use a scissor to cut the ends of the paper to give it a perfectly conical shape as shown in the image.

Step 5: Unfolding The Pattern

After cutting the ends open the paper slowly to shape the petals of your beautiful sunflower.

Step 6: Making One More Pattern

Make one more petal pattern by following the same procedure used for the first half and stick both ends of the paper pattern together as shown in the image.

Step 7: Making Two More Patterns

Repeat the above steps, and make two more flower petals. You have four petal patterns in total. Paste them together as shown in the image.

Step 8: Making The Stem

Cut a small piece from the green sheet and roll it to make the stem of the flower. After rolling stick its ends with glue and attach it behind the sunflower in the center as shown in the image.

Step 9: Making Green Leaves

Draw two leaves on the green sheet and cut them with the help of a scissor. Paste the leaves of the sunflower to the sides of the stem with the help of glue.

Step 10: Making The Center Of The Flower

Cut a small circle from the green sheet to make the center of the sunflower. Make a smile with the help of a black marker to make your sunflower happy. You can use a brown or red marker also.
