Crab Night Drawing Scenery Art Tutorial For Kids

This art tutorial is great for kids who want to start exploring art. It will teach them how to draw a beautiful night-time scene featuring a beach, a tree, a moon, and a crab. The step-by-step instructions make it easy for even the youngest children to follow.

This simple yet amazing drawing tutorial will teach you to make a scenery depicting a happy crab on a beach with stars and moon in the background. With some sheets of paper and crayons, you can easily make this art. Materials Required

• A white sheet of chart paper
• A pencil
• A black sketch pen
• Crayons

Procedure

Step 1: Beginning with the drawings

Take a rectangular white sheet of chart paper and place it on the table, vertically. Now, using a pencil, draw a shape resembling to cloud linings on the top section of the sheet and another, similar drawing on the bottom section of the sheet as well. Check the picture below to understand the shape and the positioning of the drawings. Finally, outline the drawings with a black sketch pen.

Step 2: Drawing the structure of the crab

Using a pencil, draw a circle between the two drawings. The bottom of the circle should merge with the drawing made at the bottom section in the previous step. Draw three loop like shapes on the sides of this circle representing the legs of the crab. Then, draw the clawed legs of the crab above each set of legs that you drew earlier. Now, draw a set of crab eyes on the top of this circle. Finally, outline the entire drawing using a black sketch pen. See the image below for reference.

Step 3: Drawing the stars and the moon in the background

Using a pencil, draw four stars and a crescent on the blank space at the top of the sheet. The crescent should have a sleepy, smiling face with a bendy, little nose. Isn’t that adorable! Draw some stars of different shapes throughout the rest of the sheet especially the bottom section. Adding to the sketching, draw a mouth in the middle of the crab with a single tooth in it. After completing the drawings, outline them with a black sketch pen.  Observe the picture below to understand the drawings better.

Finally Colouring the drawing

Take a blue crayon and colour the top section of the sheet which shall serve as the sky in the scenery. Colour the bottom section yellow and the section in between light blue. Use red crayon for the crab and mustard crayon for stars and the crescent. Also use different shades of blue to make small circles throughout the middle and the bottom section of the painting. Colour the mouth of the crab pink excepting the one tooth. You can see the image below to understand the colouring pattern.
