St. Patrick’s Day is a traditional celebration of the death of St. Patrick, the foremost saint of Ireland. It is celebrated globally on 17th March and is an Irish Celebration. The celebration involves parades, good food, juices, music, and dance with a lot of fun and a whole lot of green. Green plays a significant role in the St. Patrick’s Day celebration. It is symbolic of the green present in the Irish Flag and is worn by the Catholics of Ireland on this auspicious day. Also, it is believed that St. Patrick used the three-leaved shamrocks to explain the Holy Trinity to Irish pagans. Thus, green is the symbolic color of this day.
