Cut a diamond kite form out of oak wood or poster board with scissors. Construction paper should be used to cover the entire kite. Crayola Glue Sticks are used to connect the ribbon to the edges. Draw an animal zodiac figure with Crayola Fine Tip Markers on a separate piece of paper. Choose an animal that represents the current year or the new year to come. Crayola Markers are used to color the zodiac figurine. Remove the zodiac sign. Attach the animal to the kite with glue. Punch holes in the kite’s top and bottom points. Ribbon or string should be threaded through the perforations.
