Materials Required

• Craft Paper (Blue And Purple)
• Black Marker/Sketch Pen
• Scissors
• Glue

Procedure

Step 1: Creasing The Paper

The first step is to take a blue colored craft paper which is square in shape. And fold it in half to form a diagonal crease.

Step 2: Forming A Kite Shape

Take both the corners and fold the to the diagonal crease to form a kite shape.

Step 3: Forming A Triangle

Fold the kite in half to form a triangle.

Step 4: Folding The Triangle

Fold the shortest side of the triangle from the middle corner of it above and upwards the triangle.

Step 5: Folding The Upward Part

Fold the previously upward-folded part behind the paper.

Step 6: Folding The Extra-Part

Fold the below extra part in the folded opening of paper over the triangle formed.

Step 7: Tracing The Outline Of The Triangle On Purple Paper

Now, take the purple-colored craft paper and a black marker. Trace the outline of the slanting short side of the blue triangle over it.

Step 8: Cutting Out The Outline With Scissors

With the help of scissors, cut the outline which you have made on the purple paper and you will get a triangle.

Step 9: Pasting The Purple Triangle

Now, with the help of the glue, stick the purple triangle which you have just made, on the triangle of the blue-colored paper to hide the fold opening over it.

Step 10: Cutting Out A Semicircle

Using scissors cut a small semicircle from purple paper. Stick it on the blue-colored craft paper with the help of glue as shown in the image.

Step 11: Drawing The Eyes Of The Bird

Now, take a black marker/sketch pen and draw the cute eyes of the bird as shown in the picture. Draw the eyes between the purple-colored craft paper as shown.

Step 12: Drawing The Mouth Of The Bird

With the use of the black marker/sketch pen, draw the mouth of the bird on purple-colored craft paper as shown in the picture.
