Paper Roll Mermaid

Paper Roll Mermaid Craft Ideas For Kids

See how we make paper roll mermaids!! We cut little 1cm cuts all around the paper roll approximately 1/4 of the way from one end to form our basic mermaid. The roll was then squished. Their face and body were painted pink. And for the body, a gleaming blue. We waited for it to dry. For the bikini, add googly eyes, a face, and some shells… you may also paint shells on or glue buttons or lids on. Then we got a sheet of black tissue paper that was around the size of an A4 sheet. Scrunch it up lengthwise, place it across your mermaid’s head, and glue it down the sides and back. Use ribbons to tie everything together. Then get out the sequins… and there you have it.
