Materials Required

• Colored Papers (Light Blue, Blue, Black, And White)
• Scissors
• Glue
• Blue Sketch Pen
• White Pen
• Round Paintbrush
• Any Circular Small Object
• Paints (Yellow, White, And Green)

Procedure

Step 1: Pasting White And Blue Circles Together

Let’s begin this craft by taking light blue, white, and blue paper sheets. Using scissors, cut the light blue sheet into a large circle for the base of the craft and cut out small circles of blue and white paper sheet. Stick both the small circles together using glue.

Step 2: Folding The Circles

Fold the blue-white circle in less than half in a way that the blue sheet is on the outside and white inside to form the body of the whale.

Step 3: Pasting The Body Of The Whale

Paste the formed body over the right blue sheet in the center using glue. Make sure to stick the body slightly tilted.

Step 4: Making Fins Of Whale

Cut out a blue small semicircle to form the fins of the whale and the one by pushing inside behind the white circle. and the other behind the blue sheet over.

Step 5: Making The Tail

Make the tail of the whale by cutting out the same-sized small semi-circle as the fins and paste it at the left corner of the body of the whale in a way that one semicircle is slightly over the other as shown.

Step 6: Drawing Scales Of Whale

Using a blue sketch pen, draw arched scales over the white inner part body of the whale parallel to the outline of the white circle.

Step 7: Making Eye Of Whale

From the white and black paper sheet, cut out 2 eyes of the whale and paste them by pushing inside the straight line of the semi-circled body of the whale to the right side using glue.

Step 8: Pasting The Other Eye

Paste the other eye half over the body of the whale and slightly above the first eye using glue.

Step 9: Adding A Smile And Textures To The Whale

Using a white pen draw a smile below the eyes of the whale from the outline of the blue body, and from the light blue sheet, cut out a small circle using scissors and paste it beside the eyes for making the texture.

Step 10: Completing The Texture

Cut out and paste 3 more circles and paste it irregularly around the first using glue to complete the texture of the whale.

Step 11: Making Seaweed

Dip a rounded paintbrush into yellow paint and draw some wavy lines to the end of the paper below the whale do the same by then dipping the paintbrush into green paint.

Step 12: Making Bubbles

Take circular objects, dip them into the white paint, and then dab them on the light blue background to make random bubbles around the whole to give it an underwater effect.
