Take the plastic lid and make holes using a drilling machine. Take a cardboard and cut it into circular shapes and punch the circles using a punching machine. Now take a thread and pass some buttons and circular cardboard pieces through it. Hang these thread strands into the holes in the plastic lid. Now hang it on your window.

Now, with the help of some pliers attach these bead containing wires with the circular wire by twisting the wire.

Take some beads and fill them in a heart-shaped baking tray and bake it for a few mins, so that they will melt. Once the beads are in a molten state, let them cool so that they solidify in the heart shape. With the help of superglue, paste these hearts with the ribbon and let this ribbon hang on the twig.
