Pipe Cleaner Bee

• Coloured paper

Suitable age: 8-12 years

Take a green coloured sheet and cut it in the shape of grass using Scissors. Take the wooden stick and paste it with the wooden stick using glue. Wrap the pipeline cleaner around the wooden stick and also use a small length of it for antennae. Paste googly eyes at the top of the Wooden stick using glue. Paste wings on both of its sides using glue.

Egg Carton Bee

Cut one egg holder from the egg carton and colour it yellow. Paste the googly ears using glue. Draw the lips with the help of a sketch pen. Paste the wing made out of the cardboard at the top. Wrap it with the help of black coloured thread as shown in the image.

Take a cardboard piece and cut it in such a way so that the body of the honey bee is made. Paste the googly eyes and two thread strands which will represent the antennae using glue. Create two holes at the bottom but the diameter of the holes should be slightly larger than the diameter of your fingers so that we will be able to insert our fingers into them.

Take paper and cut thick strips out of it using Scissors. Paste its two ends in such a way so that it will be fixed with the circumference of our head. Take black pipeline cleaner and attach the pom-pom to it using glue then paste this complex over the antennae position of the paper band. Cut a triangular shape and paste it in between the antennae.

Paste the spoon without its holding stick areas as the wings. Take some metallic wire and insert it inside the pom-pom to depict the antennae.

Take a metallic tin or can and colour it as shown in the image. Make 5 holes in this can using a drilling machine. The other 4 holes are meant for legs, pass thread also through it but the thread should be filled with the buttons.
