Materials Required

• Colorful Fall Leaves
• Leaf Strand
• Fruit Strand
• White Circular Paper Sheet
• Glue
• Pair Of Scissors
• Black Marker
• Craft Tweezers
• Googly Eyes

Procedure

Step 1: Cutting Out A Leaf Circle

To begin this craft, take a white circular paper sheet as the base and a red-colored fall leaf. Using a black marker, draw a small circle over the leaf, and using scissors, cut it out.

Step 2: Pasting A Red Leaf

Paste a red-colored fall leaf slantingly over the left-below corner of the base with the help of glue.

Step 3: Pasting A Yellow Leaf Circle

Cut out a circle from a yellow-colored fall leaf and using craft tweezers paste it over the base at the bottom beside the already pasted leaf using glue.

Step 4: Pasting A Green Leaf Circle

Cut out a circle from green colored fall leaf and with the help of craft tweezers paste it slightly over the yellow circle using glue.

Step 5: Forming The Body Of The Caterpillar

Cut out various colored circles from the fall leaves and paste them one slightly over the other using glue to form the caterpillar’s colorful body.

Step 6: Completing Making Caterpillar’s Body

Add more and more circles to get the required length of the caterpillar’s body.

Step 7: Pasting A Leaf Sun

Cut out a big circle from the red-colored leaf and paste it on the right top of the base to add sun to the craft.

Step 8: Making Eyes And Antennas Of The Caterpillar

Using glue, paste 2 googly eyes over the top circle of the caterpillar which will serve as its face. Also, using a black marker, make 2 curvy antennas of the caterpillar above the face over the base.

Step 9: Drawing Legs And Quill Hair Over The Body

Using the black marker, draw legs beneath the caterpillar’s body, also, make small strokes all over the body to make them look like the quill hair of the caterpillar.

Step 10: Making Sunrays And Adding More Leaves

Using the black marker, make irregular small strokes around the sun to make the sun rays. Also, paste a leaf strand behind the caterpillar using glue and also an unripe small fruit strand over the big-red leaf. Push in the stem of the fruit strand in the big-red leaf to secure it over the craft.
