• Coloured Paper Sheets
• Pencil
• Scissors
• Adhesive
• Marker

Procedure

Step- 1: Drawing a Hand

In this step, you are supposed to press your hand against the paper, and then using the pencil, carefully draw the outline of your hand on the paper. Make sure the colour of the paper is close to that of the skin colour.

Step- 2: Cutting The Design

Next, using the pair of scissors, cut the shape so obtained and voila, your hand is ready!

Now, paste the hand cutout on any dark-coloured sheet of paper, to enhance your craft!

Step- 3:Pasting The Flower Stems

In this step, you have to take green coloured paper and cut small stripes of desired length and breadth. Now, using the adhesive, paste these stripes on the hand you just prepared in the previous step. Make sure you stick the stripes on the palm of the hand cutout.

Step- 4: Fold The Paper To Give The “Holding Effect”

In this step, paste the finger’s outline on the palm of the hand, going above the stripes. This will help you munchkins give a holding effect to your hand.

Step- 5: Drawing The Nails

Here, we are focusing on giving a realistic effect to the gift you are preparing and hence, using a pen or a marker, you can draw the nails of a semicircular shape, as given in the picture below.

Step- 6:Drawing The Flowers

In this step, take a coloured sheet, preferably a bright colour, and fold it into two halves. Now, draw the outline as given in the picture. Here, the aim is to prepare the shape of a tulip in an easy and quick manner.

Step- 8:Cutting The Outline

Next step, cut the outline of the tulip and now you have a flower.  Repeat the above process to create more tulips, not just because it is necessary, but because it’s so fun!

Step- 9: Pasting The Flower Cutout On The Paper

In this step, using an adhesive, paste the two cutouts on the paper and make sure that they are pasted touching the stem you already pasted. Remember, it’s all about the realistic effect!

Step- 10: Add More Flowers

In this step,  cut out more flowers of different colours and paste them on the stems.

Final Touches

Finally using the green colored paper, cut leaf-like shapes, fold the leaves into two parts and then paste them on the stems of the flower.
