  • Yellow Paper Cup
  • Blue Paper Sheet
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Craft Tweezer
  • Black Marker
  • Toothpicks
  • Plastic Rubber Band
  • Pencil

Procedure

Step 1: Marking Outlines On Paper Cup

To begin this craft, take a yellow paper cup and a pencil. Using the pencil, make a more than half-straight line on the vertical part of the cup, and from the top of it make a horizontal line around the cup back to where you see the straight line from the other side as shown in the image.

Take a pair of scissors to cut the markings over the cup.

From blue paper, cut out a small circle using scissors and paste the circle in the center of the fan using glue and craft tweezers.
