Social-emotional learning skills mainly known as “SEL”, are a set of skills that a child needs to thrive throughout their life. It is not only meant for kids but also plays a very important part in everyone’s day-to-day life. SEL includes five core competencies that are social awareness relationship skills, self-awareness, self-management, and responsible decision making.
