Easy Eatable Drawing Ideas For Kids

Today’s essay is all about eatables. Do you know the meaning of the word “eatable”?   By the word eatable, we refer to any food item that we can eat safely and which has some taste. We can state many examples of eatables: bread, vegetables, milk, eggs, fruits etc. Do tell us more examples of the eatables at the end of the article in the comment section below. We have included both some fruits and vegetables in this article.

Cherries

Cherries are tiny in size and red in colour. They grow on some bushes and hang on their stems. They have good taste neither too sweet nor too sour. Many kids are fond of cherries. Their red colour attracts most of the kids towards them. Cherries are wild also but they are sweet. Cherries are not eaten as fruit, but it has been also used to decorate some pastries and cakes. Cherry is juicy and soft outside, but it has one hard seed inside it. You can draw these cherries on your drawing books or art books. Use red colour to make it beautiful and colour it well. This drawing is suitable for the kids of age group 6+.

Different Fruits

The above-given image is full of fruits. Different types of fruits are shown in this image. Watermelon, pear, strawberry, orange, Apple, pineapple, cherries, grapes and pomegranate all are drawn here. Fruits are very important to us as they are full of vitamins, minerals, fiber etc. It is very important to consume fruits in our diet daily. Strawberry

Different Vegetables

You are already aware of the Vegetables but let me tell you a secret, we can say those vegetables true vegetables that don’t possess any seeds as seeds are found in fruits only. Vegetables are grown from seeds. Like fruits, vegetables are also very important in our diet as they also contain many minerals, vitamins etc. In the above picture, we have tried to draw mushrooms, onions, radish, chillies, pumpkins etc. You can also draw them with ease. Chinese Cabbage

This is also a cabbage, but the elongated one. It’s a winter vegetable. Another name for this Vegetable is celery Cabbage. They grow well in some regions of China. The size of this vegetable varies. Half of it is leafy as shown above. It has some more names like Bok Choy or spoon Cabbage. This drawing has the difficulty level of ease and this drawing is suitable for the kids of age group seven-plus. Pumpkin

Kids, you have read this one in vegetables, but the fact is that this is not a vegetable, it is a fruit because they possess seeds inside it. These are mostly orange in colour and their size varies. They can be giant as well as medium-sized. They belong to the family of cucumbers. They grow in every part of the world except Antarctica. As you can see in the above image, it is round in shape. It is a creeper and its plant spreads on the group covering the garden. You can draw this one easily and colour it well with pencil Colours. This drawing is suitable for the kids of age group seven-plus.
