Materials Required

• Pink craft paper
• Green craft paper
• Red sketch pen
• Thread
• Yellow craft paper
• Scissor
• Small container

Step 1: Taking pink craft paper to make lotus

For this craft , start by taking pink craft paper . Then fold it from middle as shown in the photo above.

Step 2: Making shape of the lotus with pencil in pink paper

Now after folding the paper as shown in the photo above . Make the petal of the flower and then take scissor to cut it out .

Step 3: Cutting the petal with the scissor

After drawing the petal , cut out the petal with the scissor .After opening the page it will look like this as shown in the photo above.

Step 4: Drawing lines in the petals of the flower with red sketch pen

After cutting out the petal of the flower , now its time to make some lines in the reality . For this take red sketch pen and make some lines in the petals as shown in the photo above.

Step 5: Sticking the petals in the small container

Now take small container and apply fevicol on it . Start sticking the pink paper in it in circular way as shown in the photo above.

Step 6: Keep rolling the paper till it take the shape of the flower

Now keep on sticking the pink craft paper in the circular way as shown in the photo above. Keep sticking it to the container with the fevicol.

Step 7: Sticking green craft paper for making sepal of the paper

After sticking the petals , now its time to make sepals . For this start with the same way cutting the same petal shaped out the green craft paper. Start sticking it over the pink craft paper in the same way as did with the pink paper as shown in the photo above.

Step 8: Folding the sepals towards downward side

After sticking the sepal , now start folding the sepal towards downward side as shown in the photo above.

Step 9: Folding the petals towards downward side to make it look like flower

Now similarly start folding it downwards as we did with the sepals in the previous step.  Make middle of the flower with yellow craft paper by cutting it in strip as shown in the photo above.

Step 10: Attaching thread in the hole 0f the container

After making the lotus flower , then start attaching the thread in the hole of the container as shown in the photo above.

Step 11: Attaching the simple lamp above the flower

Now place small lamp in the middle of the flower . Push it inside the the middle of the yellow strips as shown in the above photo.
